Fitness program

A program adapted to feel good,  a week to get back in shape!

Take advantage of your vacation to prepare for your summer sports activities or to start preparing for a possible winter running. Following a sporting 'inventory', the instructor will offer you a suitable course to your capabilities.

Daily Schedule

Day 1 welcome in Almyrida it s the day you meet the team

Day 2 -a fitness session in the morning to put you in a good mood and yoga session at the end of the afternoon

Day 3 - in the morning, take advantage of the calm sea to learn about stand up paddle boarding and a fitness session in the afternoon

Day 4 - yoga session in the morning to wake you up gently and fitness session in the afternoon

Day 5 - Free day

D6 - Free day

D7 - stand up paddle in the morning and yoga in the afternoon

 

 

Additional Information

Optional for day 5 (additional charge): Day hiking in the Gorge of Aradena

Departure by bus in the morning, return in the evening.

This hike requires you to be in good shape (3h30 walk).

We enter a deep canyon reaching several hundred meters, in a grandiose landscape, to finish by the sea.
